If you sold the phone as a normal phone and Find My is still on when it arrives, we put it on a 48-hour hold and email you with instructions to remove it from your Apple ID remotely (iCloud.com → Find Devices → Remove). If it's cleared, you get the full price; if not, you can choose to be paid the iCloud locked price for that model instead.
