📜 Investor terms
Distributions equal your agreed
percentage of monthly net profit — calculated after platform fees, operating costs,
inventory losses (damaged, lost, or defective units), and
business taxes — and are paid by the 5th of the following month. Additional deposits are subject to
owner approval before they join your balance. Terms run
month-to-month, 6 months, or 12 months — longer commitments earn a
higher profit-share tier (month-to-month pays the base rate; 12-month terms earn our highest split). Terms renew unless notice is given.
Withdrawals require 60 days' written notice — submitted through this portal or by email — and are paid on the eligible date shown. Your balance continues earning through the notice period.
Money4Phones may return your capital in full and end this agreement at any time, for any reason — you receive your principal plus all distributions earned through the end date.
Distributions are taxable income to you — we issue Form 1099 each January and you are responsible for reporting these profits on your own tax return. Principal is not FDIC-insured and returns depend on company profitability. Full details are in your signed investment agreement.
